Hello, my name is Ryan Clancy. I am from Walnut Creek, California and I love people. I love to hunt animals with my uncle and my dad in Louisiana. I always see the best in them. I absolutely love to sing by myself and with other people in the choir. I used to be in a choir in my high school and we were the top choir there. We would go around singing in competitions and always get unanimous superior in the performance and also the sight reading test of the competition.

My current major at The University of Nevada, Reno is Pre-Business, at least until I finish all of my pre-business courses during my freshman and sophomore year of college. My intended major after pre-business is Business Management. I have always felt that I am a good leader and manager. For group projects I would always be the person in charge of everyone making sure that everyone was doing what they were supposed to in the project. I was also a gig leader, a section leader, and was a student conductor in my high school choir. What that means is that for section leader, I would be in charge of my section which was the basses. I would make sure they know all of their parts correctly and I would test them on it as the gig leader. I basically had to know all of the parts to song so I can manage them and make sure they do it correctly. it was like a computer in my head when I heard the wrong note and corrected it
Computers and technology are often extremely helpful to people in their everyday lives. Technology is such an incredible thing It saves lives every single day, whether its a heart monitor or a simple text or call from someone to convince them to not hurt themselves. They have all of these hotlines online that help people and save their lives. nothing really frightens me about technology because it is all fake and in the movies when the “robots take over the world”
I do believe you need to have some sort of understanding of technology in your life, because what ever major you pick or career you have, you will be surrounded by technology every single day and you should be able to know how to properly use it.
